Spaghetti

Spaghetti the old way.

 
Ways to make your spaghetti healthier.
1) Use whole wheat pasta
2) Shred carrots in a steamer (steam) and replace half the noodles on your plate with the carrots 
3) Shred zucchini in a steamer (steam) and replace even more of your noodles with zucchini
4) Add sauteed vegetables, using cooking spray, sautee onion, mushrooms, peppers, and other veggies.
5) If you have to use meat make it ground Turkey

  2. That would be wonderful with half zucchini noodles. You can use vegan cheese and cut back on the calories there too. Sounds good.
